Ingredients
- 1.5 cups ground blanched almonds
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp rose water
- 2 tsp almond extract
Directions
- In a food processor combined almonds and powdered sugar
- Add extracts and mix throughly
- Add egg whites and run the food processor until a dough is formed
- Remove from the food processor and roll into a log shape then chill overnight wrapped in plastic wrap.
