- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 cup butter
- Pre-heat oven to 475F
- In a large saucepan, melt butter on medium heat
- Whisk all wet ingredients, then add flour
- When the saucepan is hot, pour in the batter, let it cook for approximately one minute on stovetop
- Transfer the saucepan to the oven for 18-22 minutes
- Serve with jam, fruit, powdered sugar, or nutella
